I ate a baconator and a spicy chicken sandwhich from wendy’s last week after my back day…and it WAS amazing!
I think I need to go get me a baconator, I’ve never had one.

I don’t know, I could never find his name…I got it from the powerful images here on this site but the picture is just called chains. Nothing about the guy’s name is mentioned. ![]()

waight man, u mite loose your abzz!!
He’s never seen them, but ask JB how fucking awesome my abs are…
Damn, Stuntman Mike is seriously excited about that damn burger.
I get a one word text just reading
“baconator”
And then i have to come and see it on this thread as well.
My triceps are fucking pissed at me for the things that were done to them during yesterdays workout.
Just resting and eating today, already hit 220 grams of protein today, and Ive still got 2 meals left, one will be a nice pound of ground beef with franks hot sauce and some sharp white cheddar on it.
Tomorrow is my day to sleep in, no getting up to open the gym at 4:45 in the morning, so Im gonna be plenty rested to hit up legs, gonna try Thib’s leg routine that was posted earlier in the week.

Carnage what are you doing? If everyone learns our good triceps moves than they will get bigger arms… thus making ours look less impressive in comparison.
From now on only cable kickbacks with the ball only… leave the reverse grip smith presses and PJRs to us haha. [/quote]
Sorry boss, I just thought that since those guys in this thread make up 90 percent of the actually hard-training, ass-busting people on this site (who are made even more remarkable by the simple fact that they will thank you for advice instead of reciting an article by so and so 150 lb strength coach who’d of course know it all much better…), they deserve a little bit of help where we can give it…
That being said, I must admit that I kept the best tri-exercise from you all.
As scott said, it’s cable kickbacks with the ball (whatever that means).
Don’t forget to keep the pinky finger straight in order to isolate sector 53b (as Dante puts it, or at least it was something like that ![]()
Use a really light weight and go for 50 reps, 8-10 work sets. Don’t strain, or your… erm… triloliceps are going to take over. Yes. That’s it.

Thanks for the kind words Carnage. I’ve got a long way to go and I greatly appreciate the advice and input from more experienced and more developed lifters like yourself.
And LOL @ the shit about the triloliceps.
CC like this.
And I agree, I mentioned this before that this thread is one of the very few(pre T-cell) where there was serious lifters gathered… keep up the good work guys.
Thanks for stopping by Scott, and thanks for the kind words.
I’m not sure how it happened, but this thread (both versions) has always been free of bullshit, and somehow, we always have people that are willing to help others here, no internet egos here, no internet warriors, and for the most part, if we say we’ve hit a lift,
we post some proof of it, even when nobody calls you out, there is an odd loyalty here, like you’d be doing the other lifters here an injustice by fudging your numbers, of claiming a lift you didnt hit.
There have been a few times over the last two years when I have thought about leaving T-Nation because of the occasional tidal wave of horse shit that comes through the forums, but this place has always kept me in.
P.S Never drink 2 pots of coffee on a rest day, makes it damn near impossible to get any work done at the computer, I may have to go do some cardio or swim some laps at my apartments “health club”
This is totally off topic, but WS4JB I’ve seen you mention getting all hyper from drinking coffee a few times now. And I thought I’d share something interesting with you. I think I am IMMUNE to caffein effects.
I can literally chug and redline, rockstar, monster, anything like that and feel NOTHING. Chug an entire endorush, down one of these new crazy energy shooters my buddies shop just came out with and feel abolsutely nothing but normal.
Other people tell me how they take this shit and get all crazy hyper and pumped from it. No real point, just think its interesting. lol
I dont feel shit from most energy drinks, I can take a nap post sugar free redbull or Monster, and those energy supps in pill form from gas stations dont do shit for me.
But give me some coffee or a Spike Shooter, and im ready to take on all comers.
Im guessing this means that it takes around 300-400 mg to really get me going.

I’m the same way, I can pop 3 Spike tablets and feel completely normal…
Then again, Spike or no Spike, I always end up playing some weird polyrythms on the desk with my hands/fingers and some accompanying double-bass stuff and 2 over 3’s with my feet ![]()
Not even thinking about it or anything, don’t even notice it unless someone points it out to me… It does unfortunately seem to annoy other people.
No appreciation for good music, them morons ![]()
I think I’m like you Josh, in that I seem to be immune to the jittery burst some people get from caffeine. I recently bought the Spike tablets and using them occasionally if my energy levels are low… I had good workouts after all of them but I usually do, haha.
We’re like fucking twins.
Haha Carnage I am the same way…I don’t take in any caffein really hardly ever…its very very rare. And if I do its not bc I’m tired its because I feel like having a drink with flavor to it other than water or milk.
And even with no caffein or any kind of stimulant in me I sit here at work tapping my fingers, or drumming, or shaking one of my legs, or tapping my foot to the beat of a song…I’m always moving in some way.
Someone here at work actually made a comment to me about it in a rude way once and it just pissed me off because his attitude was shitty so I told him to stfu and sit down. He later got fired for saying something disrespectful to another person in the office who he didn’t realize was the VP. lol

Yes, you are like my taller, darker twin…lol
I found out the hard way that Spike does indeed affect me for hours after I actually take it. I got back from work 7ish, ate a bit, took a spike around 7:30, then lifted. I tried to go to sleep around 11, but couldn’t fall asleep until 1 am.
I was lying in bed, my mind wandering all over the place, thinking about what I was going to do the next day, body restless, etc.
If I take 2 Spikes I’m a little bit jittery, and have tons of energy for the upcoming workout. I’ve only done that twice to date, don’t want to lose that effect.
Today’s ME deadlift(yeah baby!)
215x5
285x3
355x2
405x1
455x1
510x1
465x1/1
GM Squats:
245x2 (bar kept rolling up onto my neck, and my lower back was already beat, so I just stopped…don’t wanna injure myself)
Crunches
60
SLOWWWW Leg Raises:
7
So I’ve officially decided I need to get a real barbell. This 35 lb piece of crap isn’t cutting it anymore, and I swear after the 510 pull it was visibly more bent.
I know exactly what I’m getting too; the texas deadlift bar from elitefts. Should last me a lifetime of happy dealifting.
Now I’d be lying if I said this pull went up quickly, it took even longer than last session’s pull, in the neighborhood of 9-10 seconds. But it came up. Man, I hope there’s deadlifting in heaven.
all in all, seems to have been a pretty damn productive day for the BOI.
Now lets just get up and repeat this tomorrow, and for the next couple decades and there just might be a few more beasts roaming the Earth.
Heh, naw tomorrow’s an active recovery day(splitting/stacking a bunch of wood). But you can bet I’ll be eating like my life depends on it. I’ve calculated that by day’s end I’ll have consumed a bit over 5500 kcals. Yeah me!
