Just a little update.

My daughter is 10 weeks old now, and getting bigger. Everyone is healthy.

My weight is up to 262 (in trunks PWO), don’t have a scale at home, so AM weigh-ins are out of the question.

So that is 25+ lbs in 3.5months, I"m happy.

Rack Pulls are up to 475 for sets of 4-8 and Back squat is 405 x6 and 315 x almost 20 (I think I got 16 last time, barely got the bar racked).

All my other weights are climbing steadily.

I’m at work, can’t train until I get off at 5pm. That’s my excuse!

If you got 465 for two, my guess is you could pull 475-480 for one right? If so, you would have to add 85 lbs to that to equal what JB and I are shooting for. So, you’d have to shoot for 560-565, not 520. punk. haha

We are around 415 going for 500.

Yeah but as you get higher it gets harder to pull more, that’s not fair. I’ll just keep shooting for the stars, and when I hit 500 in the near future I’ll remember to gloat about it haha.
