I figured I would start a log here to help keep me accountable and track my strength progress. A little background about me:
I did crossfit for about a year then did starting strength for a while and liked the gains I got from it but all that time I ate like complete shit (I thought I could out exercise a shitty diet). Then I lost my job and couldn’t really afford the gym membership and I got lazy. I lost a lot of the strength that I gained but now its time to stop being a bitch and work hard.
Im going to do starting strength again until I have to reset my squats a couple times. Then, I’ll move on to a 5x5 or WS4SB or the WS4(Viking)Bastards.
