Broken Hearted

Here I have to disagree. A nailing spree is precisely the best medicine to get over the bad feelings quicker.

It’s not.

So here it is.

OP, besides more deadlifts, go nail your ex girlfriends best friend.

In the butt.

And send your ex pics.

You’ll stop crying.

haha you caught that too, huh?

Shit seems awful now but you’ll get over it. A few things I’d suggest:

  1. Cut off all contact. If she is your friend on facebook, delete her. If you have her # on your phone, delete it.
  2. Doing more deadlifts (or lifting more) is a really good idea. Set goals and pursue them. This will keep you busy and just as important take your mind off her.

You’re still young, don’t sweat it. You’ll find someone else and then you’ll look back on the good times with this girl and lessons you learned.

Big part of growing up kid. Every dude have had their share of heartbreak tuna at some point. After the initial soppiness, you’ll bounce back harder than ever. Trust. Think of this as your initiation into manhood, a rite of passage. You heart will turn colder as you get older, and that iciness will get you mo bitches. Meanwhile, don’t stop lifting. Get in the best shape possible, achieve things and ignore her. She will come crawling back and once she does, you wouldn’t even want her back.

Welcome to manhood son!

I doubt that this girl dumped him solely on this one instance. This is probably the straw that broke the camel’s back in a long line of OP being insecure. OP you need to realize that as much as you want to be the only thing in your (ex)woman’s life, you simply cannot be, and the truth of the matter is she is going to have many great relationships(doesn’t have to be romantic) with both guys and girls.
