Step 1 - learn to use a period at the end of your sentences.
Step 2 - this chick will be so unbelievably enamored with your newly upgraded grammar skillz she’ll have no choice but to leave the other guy she’s banging and come back to you.

it wasent just about the pictures. it was also about your lack of punctuation

Just cause a girls hair smells like red fruit loops, doesn’t mean she’s right for you
Find the girl that’s right for you, she wasn’t it.
Good thing you aren’t wasting any more time with her and can move on to find the one that’s right for you.
How do you guys (not just you Carbs, but all you guys) know that this chick wasn’t perfect for him? I don’t think anyone is ever perfect for anyone, but go along with it for the sake of discussion. All we know is the girl was in a picture with a group of guys. She might have been at some kind of party and a group of guys said “hey come get in this picture with us” nothing more to it than that.
Maybe she’s a fun chick who wanted to make the picture good for them so she played up a little male worship or something but that was the end of it. A 30 second moment in time that threw Darren into a jealous rage. How do you guys know this isn’t what happened? I know every one of you has seen someone irrationally jealous before. From what we’ve read here, for all we know, this guy could be blowing it big time.

When pics are involved I always err on the side of caution and assume that they were auditioning to be on the front page of the Bang Bros. website.
Man this thread makes me feel like more crap knowing I took a girl for granted that NEVER did anything like what OP’s ex did. Never had an instagram disabled her FB voluntarily. Thanks a lot OP fuk!

Goddammit don’t cross the streams.
Sorry you are going through this. I would just disagree with sone other posters that what you feel is a function of youth. I felt pretty much equally destroyed by the end of a 10 year relationship at 43. It doesn’t really get better with age, you just perhaps know a little bit more what to expect, although every end of a LTR pretty much feels horrible in its own unique way, if ir is not your choice.

Also OP, after your body gets over the initial pathetic emasculation, your testosterone levels should increase higher than before when you were in a long term relationship. That’s what tends to happen. So you’ve got that going for you at least.
Is this broscience? It’s been three months and i’m still waiting

Ahh heartbreak. It’s the first of many, that I promise. Nothing I say is going to make it better. Nothing anybody says will. Why the hell do you think most blues songs are about lost love? 'Cause it sucks, that’s why.
Go listen to some old Dylan, he can relate trust me.
This will take time, nothing but time. When you do manage to stop crying, do something productive. And don’t go around nailing anything that’s willing to get nailed. You only feel better for a few minutes and you dig more holes for yourself in your life.
Tangled up in blue…
Whenever you think about her just squat deeper and heavier, squat till you’re crying and out of breathe, until you are almost dead. when you do that once, you won’t think of her again

Generally, I have to agree. It’s not insecurity so much as it blunt jadedness and experience. I’m guessing this guy is in his mid to lower-twenties. Promiscuity at that age is rampant and she may have gotten ultra defensive as a sign of insecurity and trying to turn it around.

OP you should just buy a couple of fedoras and just cry it out even if it takes a few more months.

Nope; actual science. Just gonna have to wait until you find your balls. She probably hid them somewhere in the kitchen, probably in a jar. After you reclaim those it’ll be smooth sailin.
