Downhill?

Uphill if you’re in the southern hemisphere.

i’m an American and Blackadder is my favorite show of all time particularly Blackadder the third.

i heard you guys have a crappy office remake. lulz.

blackadder is king

little britain is also funny.

University Challenge
Ready Steady Cook
Coronation Street
Countdown
The Jeremy Kyle Show
How Clean Is Your House?

but seriously…

Only Fools and Horses
Porridge

We see game shows over here and think, cool idea for a show…then find out it’s been running in the UK for years. You guys are usually ahead of the curve.

My son is getting me the first two seasons of The Office(UK)

Father Ted (Irish)
Spaced
The IT Crowd
Black Books

All hilarious. Especially Father Ted…Dougal is sooooo funny.

The Vicar of Dibley is pretty funny too.

Monty Python’s flying circus

Also both Monty Python’s Life of Brian and Holy Grail even though they’re movies. Almost every comedy show and movie references them at least once.

Anything Chris Morris has ever done.

JAM is quite possibly the greatest and darkest comedy ever.

'When dancing, lost in techo trance, arms flailing, gawky Bez, then find you snagged on frowns, and slowly it dawns, you’re jazzing to the bleep tone of a life support machine that marks the steady fading of your day old baby daughter. And when midnight sirens lead to blue flash road mash, stretchers, covered heads and slippy red macadam, and find you creeping ‘neath the blankets, to snuggle close a mangle bird, hoping you soon too will be freezer drawed. Then welcome. Mmm, ooh chemotherapy wig. Welcome. In Jam, Jam, Jam, Jam, Jaaaaam.’

I am also particularly fond of the epic satire of BRASS EYE.

‘Why is it that we can no longer think of the British Isles without the word ‘Paedoph’ appearing in front of them’?

‘Luckily, the amount of heroin I use is harmless, I inject about once a month on a purely recreational basis. Fine. But what about other people less stable, less educated, less middle-class than me? Builders or blacks for example. If you’re one of those, my advice is leave well alone. Good luck’.

The Inbetweeners
Mock the week
QI
have i got news for you
Brasseye

Add to the blackadder. Quality

Doctor Who
Torchwood
Primeval
Merlin

Mitchell & Webb Look too.

What about 8 out of 10 cats, that show has me in bits.
I know Americans aren’t overly fond of Russell Brand but his “ponderland” is funny as show.
Don’t forget “fone jacker”!

Russell Brands a naturally funny dude, it’s just his work doesn’t live up to that. He’s insanely good when he comes on talk shows here.
