bridging

I’m starting to do bridges morning and night. I think I’m doing something wrong though. My low back gets really tight and wears out quickly. Also, the back of my neck hurts a little bit when I try to touch my nose to the ground. Any tips on improving the bridge?

Focus on tightening the arch in your middle and upper back; for me, those are less pliable than the lower back and neck.
