Chicken wings, fries, and NO explode - like 1/8th of dose. experienced some hyperhidrosis, but the nice thing was that my muscles felt REALLY warmed up after the glute circuit. Way more warmed up than usual. Anyone else ever try this shit?

not the NO explode but I’ve experimented with other brands. My issue is that even with half a dose they wreak havoc on my insomnia issues.
technically they do increase heart rate (with caffeine) and blood circulation hence why you felt more warmed up.
tried NO explode… i prefer an energy drink. didnt make enough of a difference for me to pay for it after i stopped getting it for free.

A lot of people skip the deload week and deload more intuitively (period, traveling, tired and beat up)
try it and see where it leads you.

ha… well… I have thought about it actually. There is a list of the comps on the concept 2 website. maybe I should sign up for one. It would definitely keep me on my best behavior while training for it. I think a lot of it is technique though. Post a vid, I’ll critique it, if you want. Im sure that with the lifting you do you can bring your splits down to where my mine are pretty quick. Or tell me, what stops you from going faster? lungs or body? For me it’s mostly the barf coming up in the back of my throat that keeps me from pulling harder. but my splits are getting better. thanks for noticing.
for my age group, the qual times for the CRASH B world comp is 6min 45s for 2km which is a split time around 1:42,5/500m Im currently going around 8min for my 2km max soo… ummmm…barf. id basically have to shave 30s off my 2k split times. It’s a good goal though!
maybe!? when im 30 they increase the time to 7min 8sec. so maybe.
