right on!!
you got dl’s in again! great job holding back too, fight again another day ![]()
today I found my bench.
row warm up
3000m @ 2:10/500m split. fuck yeah. pulled 2:05 for the first half…I need to hold that.
500m sprint at 2:02 (suck, but I pulled 1:40 for the first 200m)
bench
bar x 14 x 3
22,5 x 8 x 3
27,5 x 5 x 1
32,5 x 5 x 3
37,5 x 3 x 4 - this was great. I felt the connection in the push. Had I spotter, I would have thrown more on but this was my best set ever. I know, 82lbs is retard weight, but this made me super happy. Jentz WAS right… I was way too far up before. I looked for my 90 deg angle at my elbows and kept my arms perpendicular to my lats. alles gut.
32,5 x 5 x 3 felt amazing
27,5 x 8 x 1 yes
22,5 x 10 x 1
bar x 14 x 1
db delt flys ( was sore, this was harder than usual)
5kg x 8 x 3 no holds
straight bar tricel pulls
10kg x 14 x 3
15kg x 8 x 2
rope tri pull down
10kg x 7 x 2
200 lower ab things. OW, but strong.
yoga
bridge
headstand
bike home as usual.
you are KILLING in Bre -
I mean…HI.
yeah on the benchin Bree!
Very happy to see you so excited about your bench. Coming along nicely. I know what you mean about not having a spotter. Recently, I said “fuck it” and just went up and asked some dude to spot me. He was cool. Normally I try to avoid all contact with people in the gym, but when you need a spot: safety first.
Ive tried this…they end up lifting the weight for me. Retard gym. I could ask the guys at the front desk. Safety first, you#re right. Ill try AGAIN. Living here is all about TRYING AGAIN. ![]()
I am an excellent multiple choice test taker. The answers to your questions are E and F, respectively. Glad you’re feeling the bench, big hands!

I find that growling “don’t you fucking touch it” really helps them to spot less aggressively.

Hmm…I’ll have to google translate that. THANKS! Usually I’m BEGGING them to TOUCH IT… or forcing them…I hate it here sometimes.
After huffing formaldehyde all day, I decided to hit up the gym on my way back from my off site adventures. Luckily no one went through my “gym bag”… they would have been in for quite a surprise…
Heres what I did:
glut activation warm up; 2 circuits
reg sky hump and one legged sky humps x 10 x 2
geom whatevers x 1
fire hydrant pissing (a.k.a. exhibit the goods to guy doing sit ups next to me…) x 20 x 1 note to self wear sweats on squat day.
jump squats x 14 x 1
SQUATs = [(EXERCISE X WEIGHT (KG) X REPS X SETS)]
shoes on
reg and split x 6 x 1
shoes off
reg and split x bar x 8 x 1
reg and split x bar x 10 x 1 - this helps STABILIZE SOOOOOOO MUCH.
shoes back on
reg and split x 22,5 x 8 x 1
reg and split x 32,5 x 5 x 1
reg x 42,5 x 6 x 3
reg x 52,5 x 4 x 3
reg x 62,5 x 3 x 2
reg x 62,5 x 2 x 1 - my left ass stops contributing at higher weight. This makes me angry. I think I will have to do more split squat work and special right ass strengthening. GRR.
reg x 52,5 x 4 x 1
reg x 52,5 x 5 x 3
reg x 42,5 x 6 x 5
shoes off - fist bump to the GIRL squatting next to me. We agreed we had never seen another woman squat before in this gym. EVER in ONE YEAR.
reg x 32,5 x 5 x 6
jump split squats BW x 8 x 2
death.
calf extensions
15kg x 50 x 1
20kg x 40 x 1
25kg x 30 x 1
30kg x 20 x 1
35kg x 10 x 3
30 x 20 x 1
25 x 20 x 1
20 x 40 x 1 - toe cramp fuck.
Inner thigh press. My groin is my strongest muscle. I think its from all the horsey riding
20kg x 20 x 1
30kg x 15 x 1
40kg x 10 x 2
50kg x 8 x 2
60kg x 6 x 2
70kg x 5 x 3 - 154.3lbs!
this is unfortunately the max setting on the machine. boo
I guess reps matter more…right? Come on ya perverts.
I tried to do some sit ups, but I only managed 100. My abs seem to be broken.
headstand FOREVER.

HAH! E is DEFINITELY the correct answer…and although F was written in by Trav, I’ll give you that. Beast’s boogers was a close second. He gets partial credit.
gute arbeit! as they say here…

Anybody had to bring the bar all the way down and then roll it down your body to get out from under it. Me neither. Ha ha.
There was a cute little Asian guy there the other night, probably about 18-years-old, benching next to me. He had a couple of tens on each side for an 85 pounds total and got himself stuck. My husband/spotter ran over and helped him with it. As we were leaving the gym my man said “Damn, I bet he felt a little bad to see my wife benching more than he is.”

So… what WAS in your gym bag?
Sorry to hear that you broke your abs. Doing situps x 1000 can do that!
Good luck with your continued quest for gluteal balance, you can do it!
The sit-ups are working, your avi is vedy tasty.
Alas that’s what I came to your log to say =D
LMAO at fist bump

Good work in here, Bre. I imagine your abs decided they needed a break, much like my body did when I attempted deadlifts yesterday. Pay attention.
And I support your inner thigh work! ![]()
Your new avi is smashing ![]()
And that is a shit load of squats.
lol! this log is pure insanity. Love it!
Also digging your avi mujer - that ass looks firm, yet soft - i wanna bite it (too soon?)
Your training is coming along amazingly. Benching, glute activation, killing of abs, sqwatz…yay!
Its nice to know that fist bumping is international, i’ll have to remember that on my next travels.
In Bre’s gymbag was:
a) a rescued lab rat
b) 2 gold dubloons
c) creatine roidz
d) Fook’s immigration papers
e) a picture of Bre’s crotch that just happens to “fall out” of her bag at unexpected times
hmm…
haha you maxed out the good girl machine. jeez you are funny. wish you could train at my gym. i think the guys would find you a riot. with your sky humps and stuff.
