glad you found the right path. i mean right bc i agree with it. everything else is wrong.
I’m looking forward to the amt of eating you’ll hafta do to gain the muscle you want. just a reminder, 1lb of muscle shows up with some water, a lil bit of fat, and charges 3,000kcal to arrive. also, you hafta provide the bitches n ho’s to keep it happy or it’ll leave and not take the fat home.
welcome to the dark side ;>

Happy you found a healthy lifestyle and left that anorexia behind.
Thanks Nikki…that really was the BIGGEST F#$%ing WASTE of time in my life…Even when I was 115lbs, size 0, and people asking me if I modeled all the time, I STILL thought I looked like shit. Id like to blame the media and all of that, but while that’s part of it, I feel like the other part is not wanting to become an adult in someway. Once I took more direction in my life, I stopped caring what I looked like…or caring about how much I could control my food. I worry that working out is also sort of addicting for me, but I reason that it’s just a way to cope right now with living in the middle of no where, working as much as possible, and just something to focus intensely on. This forum is really nice because y’all are really supportive and helpful.
I think training hard is a better alternative to anorexia. I definetely have sad reasons as to why I push myself hard in the gym that I don’t talk about and find it much healthier than what I used to do.
And we’re not addicted to training, just dedicated ![]()

It is real real purrddddy round these parts. I actually own/operate a cattle ranch, a real live cowgirl - I guess you could say. Personally though I want to take my Mtn bike out for a week and just hit the trails and back country on that, but that is just cause I ride horses all the time.
Horses…
sigh

OMG I love your life
will you post a picture of your horse here? ![]()
The black one is the one that I normally ride, she is a 8 yr old quarte horse - KoKo is her name. The other one is a mustang and her name is Curly - My kids ride her.
ugh, so lucky!
very jealous of your horsies!!
Hey Bre!
Riding a horse is also on my “to-do” list upon my return to the states. Never done it, so gotta try it. Bre, I’m happy to see you starting a log in here. Good stuff.
N8, what part of Montana do you claim? I have a friend in Plains.

OMG way to hold me accountable
haha <3 that! I asked “Jentz” World Meister Champion, and he said Nein. But I havent been there for myself. The thing is, it’s kinda far away, so my excuse is that even though it might be better, I probably wouldnt go as often…but that’s just my excuse ![]()

Damn! Look at the muscles on Koko!!!
she takes after her owner
really makes me miss, jumping on and galoping around… I used to enjoy tearing up the golf course in the neighborhood with a big thoroughbred/warmblood cross…Ha! jumping the picnic tables and going for ice cream…those were the days!
Are those beef or milk cattle? I’m guessing…beef?
