If waffles, pancakes, and sausage are gonna whip me into shape, can I come live with you? That sounds awesome!!! BTW, what do you guys typically eat in a day?

I useto have a Sunday Football mini event at the homestead and there would be the “apple/sausage/potato waffles” plus a whole mini buffet…food is good!

Seriously, what I have to eat today? Let me see, Ko packed me two hamburgers (one for lunch, one for a afternoon snack) that he whipped up last night. For breakfast - the infamous "big bowl" of oatmeal and a nonfat Latte. For a mid morning snack: either a big chocolate chip cookie or two bags of beef jerky - or both. Before I go boxing today: two scoops protein powder mixed in water. AFTER training: creatine - and maybe another snack (most likely more protein powder). (And I've already eaten a bit since I've been up since 4AM: I've had two slices of WW bread...)

Note to nkeago: I do add ketchup to the hamburgers...'k? And another quicky breakfast? How 'bout natural peanut butter on a couple of slices of flax seed bread? or just WW bread? That's another breakfast choice for me.

10 oz. boneless, skinless chicken w/ a little chili powder and Franks Hot Sauce. 3 Fish oil capsules, and a 1lb. bag of green beans w/ lemon juice. MMMMMMM. Guess what i’m working on…

Though of course I will go to dietary hell for this, I eat a half a loaf of fresh bread with butter before my morning workout – gotta do what makes ya happy (and/or fat down the road)

egg whites mixed with mustard and splenda…yummy
and my oatmeal with vanilla whey protein dizzled on top!!!

I have to laugh cuz I can just picture a brown bag filled with burgers, just the way Wimpy likes 'em!

I have two scoops of low carb grow, 1 cup of oatmeal, and a huge glass of water.

If I actually get my sorry a$$ out of bed and do HIIT, Plain rolled oats and 3 boiled egg whites. If I wake up w/ approximately 30 sec. to make bfast before I’m late for work 3 eggs whites in the microwave for 1:15. Sunday 4 egg omelet with 6oz poached salmon, some garlic, spinach, and habanero.
