Actually, I have noticed that when I eat the cereal I get severe gas, perhaps I shouldnt eat it. But I love it oh so much!
I usually eat:
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup of veggies
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
and 1 big ass cup of water
My favourite oatmeal recipe:
1 cup rolled oats
2 heaped tablespoons green and blacks organic cocoa
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1 cup water with 6 tabs of splenda
1 tsp natural peanut butter

Then thoroughly mix in 30-40g vanilla micellar casein, sprinkle liberally with fresh berries.
Its like eating a big bowl of chocolate. I never tire of it!
My breakfast includes:

I really ate 2 24oz. T-Bone steaks, a 12 egg omelette with bacon, sausage, cheese and ham, and 4lbs of bear meat from a bear I killed with my bare hands.
Then topped it off with 6 large potatoes and a gallon of milk. Oh yea, and one small pastry.
Now I’m a real man, I just didn’t want to make everyone here jealous. They wouldn’t have believed me anyway.

Yeah, but there’s bad and then there’s BAAAAAAAAD. A stiff diet of egg whites falls into the latter category. Those are the kind that smell like, well, rotten eggs. Don’t pretend like you don’t know what I’m talking about.

I take two capsules of the stuff everyday. It doesn’t get publicized as much as other supplements, but I feel much better when I take it.
First thing out of bed was 2 scoops allmax quick mass with milk and a cup of oats in the blender with mv and a 369.
Followed that about an hour later with 6 eggs less 3 yolks, 2 piece of whole wheat toast, and a slice of cheese. Also started taking milk thistle, CoQ10, extra time release C and some echinaca/goldenseal blead. Going to take this for a couple weeks.

Pre-workout, protein shake blended with lots of frozen blueberries.
Right after workout, huge bowl cereal and two fried eggs. The cereal is usually a blend of Shredded Wheat, some kind of whole grain flake and granola type. I top it with dried cherries or other dried fruit.
