Hey guys, what do you guys think about this morning shake for adding mass(bulk).
Shake -
16 ounces water
1 cup yogurt
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup strawberries(frozen)
2 scoops whey
1 banana
2 tbls olive oil
1 serving of Superfood
1 serving of leucine
I would do milk, but I don’t handle milk very well for some reason. So, what are some of your guys’ favorite morning shakes, or shakes in general?
P.S. I have no idea how many calories are in that shake listed above.
