What do you usually eat? I cant eat eggs or drink milk so alot of usual breakfast ideas just dont work. I pretty much eat pancakes and fruit every morning, along with a protein shake. Like every morning. I will sometimes make double for dinner and just eat it again in the morning. Getting pretty tired eating the same shit every day.
give me some ideas.
Protein shake and Oatmeal
Protein shake and Ezekiel English muffin
Meat,nuts,berries
week: meal replacement shake plus 1/2 tin coconut milk.
weekends: sausage, eggs, bacon, mushrooms etc
Usually a ton of eggs (mixed whites and whole) or a protein shake if I’m in a hurry.
Yep I struggle with breakfast too. Never leave enough time to make anything nutritional, usually skip it and pay for it at lunch/tea time by consuming kilos of frosties or some other shit.
Why do you need to eat breakfast-type foods for breakfast? Have rice/meat, potato/meat, or simply some vegetables and nuts along with your usual protein shake.
If you must, have hashbrowns, spinach and mushrooms for a breakfasty kind of meal?
why do you need to eat breakfast? LOL.
If you’re not into IF, then just eat like forevernade suggested, lunch & dinner type meals.

+1
Dont buy into this “Breakfast should be the biggest and most important meal of the day” bullshit. If you honestly dont have the time or find it too inconvient/stressful to get something significant down at this time of day dont sweat it. A small meal of protein and fat (eggs, meats, bacon, nuts, protein shake etc) is fine if you can be bothered. But I would advise you stay away from carbs at this time of day counter to what most preach. If you need more sciency type info google John Keifer’s Breakfast: Logic Does Not Apply.

I do something similar except I put eggs in there. Chocolate whey and peanut butter is also a favourite.

Sounds like what I do:
60g Whey Protein
Frozen Berries (usually a mixture of blue, black, cran and straw)
Frozen Kale
Fish Oil
Virgin Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
Greens Powder
Leucine/Beta Alanine/Creatine
Organic Cocoa Powder
Ground Flax Seed
Why can’t you eat eggs, OP?
I started leangains IF about 4 weeks ago. Once you get used to it, breakfast just makes you sluggish. And being able to eat 2 monster meals is a godsend. I’m no longer constantly hungry
100g oats
4 eggs
8 oz milk
- mix in a bowl - throw it into a pan (with a tiiiny bit of butter to avoid sticking) and wait until it solidifies
about 700 cals, which is a decent breakfast and takes only about 5 min to make + tastes delicious
PS: you can pre-cook for the entire week and then just warm it up in the microwave for 30 sec. every morning
