Eh things are good, but still not 100% on playing yet, i’ll know in a week or so, just some work and personal shit to think about right now.

I did a team workout, but I dont see them helping my strenght as much as my own workouts. The speed workouts i go to though. Ill still go to the workouts after the weekly mini camps we have

I see, I see. Good luck on whatever you wind up deciding to do. There’s only one senior season though!

I took a lower body deload this week, my hips and back have been bothering me, I need to warm up better.

Floor press- worked up to 255x2, I think my bench is going back up to where it was
