I used microplates to add a lb to my press/squat worksets and shaved nearly 2 minutes off the time from Day 1. Any way I can to make the day harder within the parameters. The sweet, sweet week of 3s is next, and then probably a mini deload so I can get my āweekā back aligned with the calendar.
