I’ve recently purchased a large bunch of supplements to try to experiment with to aid in brain function.
I have:
DMAE
Phosphatidylserine
Phosphatidylcholine
Piracetam
L-Tyrosine
Ginko Biloba
I’d like to hear opinions on the above compounds, as well as dosages for:
a) Pre-workout
b) Nootropic aid
I have read on this site to try 800 mg. Phosphatidylserine pre-workout, 200 mg. DMAE pre-workout, 3 g L-Tyrosine pre-workout and 3 grams piracetam post-workout.
If anyone has heard anything different, or agrees with what I have written, please post.
BTW, I have tried Power Drive many times and love the stuff, but I am just doing some experimenting now.
Just wanted to say that I’ve used Tyrosine quite a bit and have found it quite useful as a pre-workout supplement
“brain booster”. I have used the standard 3 gram dosage but made sure it was always on an empty stomach. It seems the most effective for me when my gut is REALLY empty as it is first thing in the AM after 8-10 hours without food. I’ve also stacked it with liberal doses of caffiene for some seriously kick ass workouts but the boost can get quite addictive. I think it’s very important to schedule non-stimulant days.
I live in Canada so some of the other goodies arent as easy to come by but let me know for sure how they work for you, I’m definitely interested!
Cheers,
Kaleb
