I’ve had good success with my noop stack and added in geranamine recently for workouts. Awesome effects, just awesome. However, few good things are completely side effect free, damn it!

So what I want to know is, does geranamine raise cortisol significantly? And will it give you that wonderful ephadrine zombie (adrenaline/noradrenaline/dopamine depletion?)feeling with prolonged usage?

I just tried geranamine for the first time today, and IMO the effects are pretty much in line with what you described.

25mg of BN brand seemed comparable to a decent sized cup of coffee, minus the slight ā€œfeel goodā€ feeling that caffeine gives you. I personally think that caffeine is a pretty crappy workout supp as the jitteryness interferes with repping to failure, my body temp already always seems to be raised, and I’m always sweating. So I tend to shy away from anything that is too much of a SNS stimulant?

The geranamine seems to be more of a kick in ass for the mind, which is more of what I’m looking for anyways. There is some edgyness I felt at the end of each set, but nothing to detrimental and overall I got through my workout with less rest between sets. I really don’t like anything that interferes with grinding out those last few reps but instead causes a jittery, shaky failure. G’mine seems ok in this regard.

Also the stuff is pretty cheap which is always a plus.

Now if only I could get a hold of/afford the infamous Moda :wink:

Your argument for g’mine being predominately noradrenaline releasing makes sense(though I personally get a slight dopamine ā€œhappyā€ rush from it but this could be other compounds in the supplement I have). So g’mine will have cortisol raising effects but should be less than amphet or eph.

No free rides, damn it! Moda is excellent though I find I become almost too literal and analytical with it. It is great for studying and makes uni a breeze.

So with regards to g’mine(and other stims), what can we do to keep the good times rolling without turning into zombies?

As well as 1-2grams of protein per lb of lbw, I take 2-3 grams of tyrosine 4-5 times a week for catecholamine production. No proof that this protocol is the best but as tyrosine converts into dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenalineit would make sense. Any thoughts or experiences guys?

What else can be done to help with

Being slightly anxiety prone, I’ve noticed a little hieghtened anxiety from Power Drive.

I did a little researching around, turns out, high doses of Tyrosine can cause anxiety, nervousness. I have noticed this, especially taking it on an empty stomach.

Bummer, because it sends you humming steady.

Im successfully keeping the coffee to 12 oz a day.

I think Im gonna dump the Power Drive and try something less stim-like.

From what I garner everyone likes Vinpocetine. Im gonna go pick some up.

Whats a good starter dose? I was thinking 5mg 2 times a day.

I tend to stick with supp companies I trust. I was go pick it up at LEF.

Fellas whats the consensus on Ginko?

And just how damaging is Marijuana?

Yeah, most surely. I think your $$ would be better spent this way, unless budget were a big factor. It puts me in a calm focused mind-state for heavy concentration. Paired with oxiracetam, it’s awesome.

I bet it isn’t the weed alone that made those kids stupid. They were probably tied up in meth or something really crazy like PCP. Besides, a lot of weed now is infested with DEET, PCP, ammonia, gasoline, and whatever else people decide will give it more of a kick. Dealers aren’t the greatest people in the world. Throw that on her and await a response!

Today I boosted my morning dose of Vinpo to 20mg with a midday dose of 10mg. I felt pretty alert and present during my morning activities at work. Normally I’m a zombie for a few hours but I was really feeling like doing shit today. Now I gotta get back and teach people all day long.

For anxiety: bacopa monnieri and/or aniracetam.

If you’re using vinpo (I would get the 10mg caps and start with just one per day with food), I don’t think you need ginko. They do a similar job.

How damaging is maryjane? Well I have smoked it since I was 18 (now 34) and I’m fine. I must stress though that I am only a light user. One J on a friday and/or saturday night is about my total consumption. My PO insists she has seen many kids whose brains have been ā€œblown apartā€ by marijuana use though.
