anyone know what im supposed to feel from sulbuatiamine??? its been a week almost and nothing
also im guessing pea isnt worth taking either???
i will try that! i also have a question about the dmae i got from v1tamin sh**** i notice you recommend 600mg dosage but the actual dmae is 130mg in 600mg or aomthing like that. mine is 1pill=130mg of dmae as dmar bitartrate. so i should simply take 2 or 4 pills daily?
so today has been officially a week since ive started taking nootropics and today for some reason my mind just opened up!!! the fog is gone! my mind just feels so clear and open! i added in 260mg of dmae and everything just opened up here is my stack so far
am
pram-1x500mg pill
ani-2x500mg pills
dmae- 2x130mg pills
pm
ani-1x500mg pill
dmae-2x130mg pills
vinpo-1x30mg pill
sulbut-1x500mg pill
my oxi and hord and pira is supposed to come in tomorrow so i cant wait to try the oxi as i have a human physiology test next wednesday! i really wish i found this thread or had time to read through it all before i ordered everything lol i figured i might as well try all of them and used some money saved up to do so before investing in some bigger bulks of what i like. i have physics 2 lab later tonight so well see how that goes. as for now i am going to study and put this mental clarity to work!
@Nuro
from what you mentioned before about prami and it giving you the ability to think logically/conceptually, do you think that is something that would be appropriate for a statistics based ECON class?
(ended up getting out of the other class only to take this one. at least i’ll have the oxi on hand to study)
The DMAE had a drastic effect on me, as well. I feel like it gives me more snap, clarity, confidence, and motivation. I’ve looked over topics that I didn’t understand previously on multiple occasions and everything suddenly made sense. It almost seems to provide a stimulant type of high.
I’m limiting my dose to 250mg per day and taking off weekends to prevent a tolerance build-up. Does anyone have long-term experience with DMAE? I like how a simple regimen is producing results (Pirac, DMAE). I don’t want a stack of 10 substances to take daily.
As I mentioned previously, the aggression requires some self-control. I tend to have road rage often after taking it in the morning. I’ll also randomly get pissed off at people for minor things. I think the aggression is manageable if you stay aware of this possibility.

Pramiracetam diaries:
Studying physics last night; specifically Torque and its relation to Kinetic and potential energy. I had taken pramiracetam and DMAE 30min prior to study session. Anyway, I was going through some problems and realized I forget my equation sheet. Damn -no way I was flipping back 4 pages in the text book to find it neatly printed there. So I studied this picture of a pulley with a rope attached to it with a mass hanging from the rope. I was then able to logically deduce that the force is the same thing as Tension on the rope and that the Tension would be equal to the Force downward times the radius of the pulley when the center of the pulley acts as the pivot point. After this I was conceptually able to grasp static equilibrium. So even though I has forgot the equation I was able to reason out that T=Fr and that sum of Torques and forces= 0 in static equilibrium.
Hope this answers your question about the statistics class. Please note though that since I have stopped taking aniracetam and alpha gpc my memory has decreased. I can problem solve and logic about 2-3x better which is cool but not remembering stuff nearly as well sucks.
Another thing about Pramiracetam is I took it without a choline source earlier yesterday. I was out- my whole body was exhausted. I passed out within an hour of taking it for about 2 hours. Woke up feeling fine though.
I’m making my body adjust to 5.5hrs sleep per day so hopefully my memory will come back when things set. ALCAR and caffeine help with attention in the morning. Pramiracetam and DMAE get shit done at night. Meditation stabilizes mood and being the hardest working undergrad around makes it all worth it.

I’m running low on everything except DMAE and I want to buy some neurostim this time since it’s so convenient. But I also want to try prami.
Would
Breakfast: 1 NS, 300 mg prami, 300 extra mg DMAE
Lunch: 1 NS, 300 extra mg DMAE
be good?
(I never study in the evening, everything mentally demanding is between 8.30 and 3PM)
Would the prami have any additional effect? And I know it can be pretty individual.
Just checking here, but I’m using neurostim and I was wondering if my almost half full bottle of “Choline CDP” will have any use anymore? If I’m not mistaken then DMAE will take care of the choline levels, which is found in 300mg in each Neurostim cap?
I used to take it preworkout for mental clarity, can I still do this if I take Neurostim throughout the day to help with studying. Or perhaps taking one with the neurostim aswell? Would that be baneficial?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Nuro. You answered it fully.
So I’ve been taking Neurostim for about a month now. I’ve never felt an immediate effect after taking it but about 30 minutes ago I was hit with some pretty noticeable focus and clarity. It reminds me of when I would take aderall, before the effects started to ware off.
I’ve been drinking green tea with a few tablespoons of cocoa powder, which is much better than it sounds, and splenda. I doubt the caffeine from either has any effect on me from being a preworkout stim junkie. Its really odd actually.
Has any one else had an experience like this?
Another question about oxi…
This one regarding its longer-term memory retention enhancing effects:
Would taking oxi and going through all my course materials in the beginning of the semester possibly help me with school?
I just had this idea that if I’d do that, I’d prime myself to be better prepared for the semester and have an easier time learning the material.
I am not expecting to breeze through everything in a day or two and then coasting for the rest of the semester, rather, read up on everything up front, and then when I resume those topics again, I’ll have a better grasp of them already.
Kind of a combo between regular study and the opposite of last minute cramming at the end of the semester.
Does that make any sense?
IMO, and IME, for oxi, it would be best to concisely organize whatever it is you intend to study, rather than just skimming. Trim the fat, eat the meat.
Is there any use for my choline CDP now that I use NeuroStim BBB?
Can I still take the choline CDP pre workout and Neurostim in the evening?
What is the recommended sleep schedule for peak mental performance? I’ve noticed that consistency seems to be almost as important as duration.
I rarely get more than 6 hours of sleep per night during the week. If I do manage to fall asleep early one night and get 8-10 hours of sleep after growing accustomed to 5-6 hours, I’m in a complete fog the following day.
Any advice or personal experience on sleep?

So I guess I wasn’t tripping when I noticed increased aggression with DMAE. Good to hear. It’s not as noticeable now though with NeuroStim, probably because it has Ani in it too.

I’ve noticed that sleeping more than 6-7 hours doesn’t make me any more well rested. I.e. getting 8-9 hours of sleep a night doesn’t contribute any more to my energy levels than getting 6-7 hours. In fact, it might be a bit like yours, after growing accustomed to a certain amount, getting more leaves me more tired that day
