Ok I am debating whether to get alpha GPC powder or go with the Biotest liquid version. What does everyone who takes alpha GPC get?
Edit: decided to go with the Biotest Alpha-GPC. Can’t wait for my first workout with it, I don’t know if I want to PR my trap bar deadlift, front squat, or RFESS.
I found it less than useful. Let us know how you fare, but at the end of the day it’s just an expensive source of choline in my book.

I’ve been on Piracetam and Choline Citrate for the past year or so. I take 2g of Piracetam with 1g of Choline daily. Sometimes, I will double the dose. I honestly don’t know if it’s effective or not. At times, I feel like I can attribute a recent accomplishment to the supplementation. Other times, I doubt the efficacy.

Regardless, I’m almost out of Piracetam, so I’m considering some more experimentation. I keep hearing Neurostim mentioned lately. With such a simple ingredient profile, what is the point of ordering Neurostim from overseas? Why not just buy the three active ingredients?

In a technical job interview where mental performance and charisma will be helpful, what do you recommend? This will be a stack that I rarely take (experimental session and during the interview), so a quick tolerance build-up is not a concern.

Having one kind of cap to take instead of three different types makes it a lot simpler.

I ordered some Picamilon with my recent order of NeuroStim, after having read about it some, will post feedback once I’ve gotten it.

Currently experimenting with pramiracetam combined with neurostim.

Although seriously carb depleted, I have had some very ‘up for it’ training sessions the last 3 days. I just need to ascertain how much of that is ascribable (did I just make up a new word? Must be the prami, lol) to the prami.

Neural drive certainly seems to be improved though.

I was VERY sluggish and tired after this mornings’ cardio session, but within 40 minutes of 1 neurostim + 600mg prami + 25mg geranamine + 120mg caffine, I was rockin’.

How do you like the geranamine?
I tried it last spring, it provided some energy, not a whole lot, but I stopped it because it seriously killed my libido and left me wanting to stay in bed instead of getting up even though I wasn’t that tired.
Weird experience.

anything you guys like just in general for mood enhancement?

Hi Everybody,

I have been experimenting over the last year with nootropics and have found success with my stack which is:
am: Power Drive, barcopa, rhodiola, piracetam and 3-4 Flameout fish oil tablets.
Lunch: 2 Neurostim tablets
Bed: PS, glycine and alpha gpc.

During intense study sessions I have Oxiracetam, also I have a B complex vitamin when I remember.

I am on a low carbohydrate diet, when it reaches around 3 O’clock I am struggling with motivation and energy, would you say this is due to the low carbohydrate diet or are there any supplements I could use to help me get through this time of the day to help me through my degree?

Thank you for all the interesting information on this board, I just wish I studied within this area of research so I could give something back to you all…give me 5 months however and I’ll be a qualified sports therapist

regards

I think that it’s better to be mentally happy due to moderate UV exposure, than unhappy, pale but with possibly a fractionally lower risk of skin cancer.

If you see what i mean

Also, this is a good case for the use of melanotan. Use of MT means that you need much lower exposure to UV to get the same degree of skin darkening.

I do see what ya mean lol… kinda figured but there’s so much hype about tanning beds being so bad lately.

3pm was just about the time when I would get up from my desk in the library, wander through to the area that had a few couches and lie down for a 30 minute nap. Then wake up and be ready for study again.

Seriously, I believe that a nap would be far better for your overall congnitive performance, than trying to push through it with more stims or noops.

BBB
Okay I’ll start putting a nap into my day and seeing the effects.

Many thanks as always BBB

How much time do you spend on the tanning bed? Do you need spf?

I was just wondering if any of the more experienced members here could help me out with the best herbs or pills for a stuttering problem? Ive had it all my life but its no where near as bad as it was when I was a child. I was hoping there was some pill to completely get rid of it. For what its worth, I looked up that one of the main causes of stuttering is an increased level of dopamine in the brain.

Is anxiety a problem? I never stuttered but I know when I am anxious or stressed the words don’t flow…I am much more of a smooth talker and more articulate when on Alpha GPC with some inositol, try 250 mgs each sublingually, and maybe throw in 100mgs of theanine if needed

Why would you put sunscreen on when you’re tanning?
Sorry if I missed your sarcasm.
