Brain Function Boosters 3.0

So i read No 1, No 2 and this thread from start to finish - i feel tired !

So here is the stack from what i read bar the herbals and the daily nature way kinda supplements.

750mg aniracetam *2 daily
100mg DMAE 3 daily
vinpo 10mg 4
daily (LEaving short a bit buy adjust during the 7 months)
Oxi - 750mg 30 min before studing.

Soooo this is good/bad/indifferent ?

EDIT:

I did a cost price check for those looking at this stack from a place that sells smart powders, this is for a 7 month period with the above schedule.

Oxiracetam - 30 Capsules 750mg *7 = 139.93
Vinpocetine - 10 mg/100 Capsules *8 = 95.92
TwinLab DMAE Caps *7 = 37.59
Aniracetam - 60 Capsules 750mg *7 = 104.93

378.37 US Dollars is what it totals out at - this covers the above stack- figured i might as well give a look at what it costs

ED = Every Day

After you edited that post, the stack looks good, 300andabove.

We all want to get better memory and focus, so “will it work for my major” is a rather redundant question IMO.

I’ve been taking
30 mg vinpo
930 mg ani
600 mg DMAE
every day for a few weeks now and so far so good. Better memory, same focus and I don’t get tired as easily.

A good stack before public speaking is 2 g piracetam, 5 mg vinpo, and 500 mgs l-theanine about 2 hours before…

So, I recieved my order today and a few read to consult a doctor if you have diabetes or are hyperglycemic. Do these products elevate blood sugars? I read a few posters stating that it lowered and/or helped stabalize blood sugar levels.

That would, of course, depend on what you’re taking. But as far as I know the racetams, vinpo and most choline sources shouldn’t have any major effect on blood sugar levels.

Also, that’s a fairly common disclaimer used by supplement companies as a CYA (Cover your ass) sorta thing.

I would say that a better one would/should contain aniracetam and bacopa, both of which are anxiolytics.

BBB
tried ani…it has no anti anxiety effect on me…

Been on piracetam for over a year of every day use, my blood sugar was normal my last checkup couple of months ago.

Yeah I thought it was just your usual disclaimer but, since it was only on three of the puducts I figured I would ask.

This is just anecdotal evidence, but:

I was taking vinpo and ate a carb-free lunch and after a few hours I felt like crap.

Since vinpo causes the brain to use more glucose, I think it used up some of the glucose in my blood and got me slightly “hypoglycemic” (nothing dangerous, of course, but not optimal for mood).

So: my guess is that it lowers blood sugar, for better or worse.

That is what I gathered would most likely happen. Thinking about it now cautioning those with dietbetes or are hyperglycemic is still smart because they need to monitor there blood sugar levels. Not only to keep them from getting high but, also to low.

What a great new way to say “I agree”, lol

These three threads are golden. Way more useful info. here then i’ve found anywhere else.
What do you guys think of Life Extension cognitex? It’s basically A-GPC, Vinpro, and PS, with others.

I was planning on taking Cognitex, Aniracetam, and DMAE as staples (long term use) at BBB’s recommended dosages. I’m wanna try Oxiracetam as well, strictly as a study aid (no long term).

Can someone PM me where i can get good sources of these?

So, for those on the protocol suggested or a similar one, any updates? How are you all feeling anything new?

Taking 750mg of aniracetam and 500mg DMAE two or three times a day. Also taking in a fair amount of caffeine (400-600mg) and have been using St John’s wort here and there. Mood has been outstanding lately. Creative juices are flowing, brain fog isn’t much of an issue anymore, and I’ve been “on” a lot more in conversation. I’m not going to mess with this at all, I’m super happy with the results.

I’m not crazy about vinpo, I get headaches and even just a general crappy feeling sometimes. I’ve also decided to leave deprenyl alone for now. Doesn’t seem like dopamine is my issue.

That is good stuff. I have only been taking VINPO, ANI, DMAE, AND BACOPA 2-3xa day for 2 days but, already I feel a bit more alert to early to really tell though. I am however feeling less anxious/stressed. Have not tris the OXI.

My brother who is learning guitar and german at the moment has noticed that he can better remember/concentrate on vocab, chords, etc.

Another thing he has noticed is that his face is clearer, has not gotten any new pimples since taking the same stack. Has anyone noticed this?? I found it weird but, who knows, I believe I read a while back that DMAE can help.

So I looked up the standard stack of aniracetam, vinpocetine, DMAE and oxiracetam, and they are all drug group-types from perscription medicines. Will that mean customs will blocks them if I order from america? I cant find an Australian source… Can anyone help me out with that?

Also, what does ED stand for? Equivalent Daily?
I’ve purchased all of those from overseas and gotten them in. Customs even opened the package and gave it the ok. The only thing you could have a problem with is piracetam, as I remember seeing it on a prohibited imports list. Also, if you’re buying more than a three-month supply you may need to get an import permit.

You can get DMAE and maybe vinpocetine locally, but you won’t find an Aussie supplier of racetams. Too much red tape, I hear. Stupid government.

Quick update. I had an exam early today, tried OXI last night while studying, scored a perfect 50 out 50 today. I had been putting studying off and was afraid I would not remember the material today but, everything was just clicking.

As for it helping with acne, it has got to be true. Now before I go on I will say that my acne is not out of control and it is pretty much directly linked to my food intake, high carb, simple sugars, spiking blood sugar levels will give me pimples nothing major but, annoying. Which is why I stick to a low carb/paleo diet. However since taking this stack I have not gotten any new pimples. To test it out further for the last two days I have eaten a ton of oatmeal with berries, bananas, dried fruit and nothing, I am clear. Maybe BBB or someone else can chime in on if this is indeed possible or in my head.
