Box jumping has grown in popularity as a training tool for athletes of all types.
However;I see some people when they box jump and hit some pretty high box jumps(mostly taller athletes ) They dont really " JUMP" they kinda just pull their legs up and tuck jump
Compared to people in my oppionion who are doing it right and they DIP/DESCEND USING THEIR GLUTED AND HAMSTRINGS … hERE some examples of the right an wrong way,. let me know what you think ? I know powerlifters utilize this tpe of training as well what is your imput and opinion on the videos
