How would you go about rebuilding strength and size following repair of torn labrum? I find myself alternating justifications between doing volume over strength work or vice versa.
Surgery was 6 months ago. Still some nerve pain during external rotation while in abduction but mostly fine now. Lately I’ve seen good progress in scrape the rack presses for sets of five and single arm savickas presses for sets of 10-15. Also doing other isolation work. Altogether working shoulders about twice a week for 20 total sets each week.
