I’ve done my first MAX-OT workout today.

The weights were a bit too light.

Day one:

Military Press
6x 110 lbs
6x 110 lbs
6x 110 lbs

Seated Overhead Press
6x 88 lbs
6x 88 lbs

Side Lateral Raise
6x 33 lbs
6x 33 lbs

Rear Lateral Raise
6x 33 lbs

I’ll increase military press by 11 lbs next week and lateral raises by 6 lbs.

Tomorrow is the leg workout. Looking forward to it.

Day two:

Squats
6x 286 lbs

Stiff Deadlift
6x 220 lbs
6x 220 lbs

Leg curl
6x 88 lbs
6x 88 lbs

Seated Calf Raises
12x 176 lbs
