Boneless skinless chicken breast

Ok, i have a question about a chicken breasts protein content. The USDA board says that 100g’s of chicken breast is 23g’s of protein while my “protein counter” says that 3 ounces is equal to 27g’s of protein. Now these are close to each other as far as measurement but how many grams of protein are really in a boneless skinless chicken breast(baked).

For crying out loud! It’s just 4 g difference!
There are errors in calcs u know…

You have to remember that 4 oz of chicken breast cooks down to 3 oz. So when the protein counter says that it is 27 gms for a 3 oz serving, that is a cooked serving it is talking about. So to convert that to raw there is 27 gms for a 4 oz serving raw weight. 4 oz=113.5 gms. If you take the 100 gms from usda (raw weight) and multiply 23 by 1.135, you get 26 gms protein. Which is basically 27 gms protein.
raw weight chicken- 4 oz=26-27 gms protein

100 g of raw, uncooked, skinless boneless breasts - 23 - 24 g.
When you cook it, it changes…
