
I’ve been training seriously for a year now and I’ve never had any sort of pain from training (besides typical muscle soreness). I mainly use free weights and compound movements and make sure I build each muscle group equally and proportionately. Anyway, for the last 2 weeks I notice this SUPER intense pain in my forearm and hand THE SECOND I release grip on a dumbell or bar. It gets so intense, it feels like the bone is litterally being bent and then it fades away… until the NEXT SET.
What’s up? Is this an injury I need to get checked out? Will it go away on its own? Do I need to rest?
I train 4-5x per week and take enough calcium, vitamin D and protein.
