We’ve all seen the unbelieveably strong gymnast who controls their body with preternatural ability and we’re struck in awe left wishing we had the same abilities…

Anyway I’m hoping we can compile a list of resources to help those who would like to achieve those goals to achieve them:
My contribution is the following:
- These guys also have videos of them lifting. Doing a2g squats for reps with 315, and deadlifting 405 for reps. Not monster weight by any means, but its impressive considering their other athletic abilities. Shuts up any character who thinks being an overall athlete doesnt require the ability to lift some form of heavy shit.
