Bodyweight Assistance Work

Do you know if this lock in is happening this week and I have to get a date for the next time.

For the tires, we have had 2-3 kids flip the tire for 1-2 miles. We only do this with injured kids though - so you may have to go longer. I have no idea about the sledgehammer stuff. For the sleds, just use the original routine (heavy as hell) or try to pull/push the sled for 1/2-1 mile and see how long it takes. I have a Sled/Prowler Marathon that I do that is about 1/2 mile. Just be creative with your environment.

Days off - go live life, do some Active Recovery stuff - whatever you want.

As for the third question - I have no idea what you mean. How about you squat, dead, press and bench press to compliment the assistance work? I guess that is what you mean.
