Does the programme allow for setting up of the exercises in a circuit style fashion with a starting rest between exercises of 45secs and decreasing rest by 5sec each week ?
Would that change the programme to much?
Also doing a chin up with the 30 10 30 will most definitely be to difficult to complete, arethere any other suitable options for this?

You can use bands to assist the pull-up or do table rows
Im about a quarter way through of apocalypse training. Because im using the exercises in a circuit fasion im completing alot of the workouts mostly under 20 minutes. Is there anything else i could do that wouldn’t take away from the programme for example sled drags/ longer duration carries or lateral raises or other low intensity bodyweight exercises?
