Adding a Small Evening Workout to Bodyweight Apocalypse?

I’m following bodyweight apocalypse program and wanted to try add in an extra small workout in the evening, like what paul Carter wrote an article about .

Vital Whole Human - T NATION.

As apocalypse training is a full body workout how could I emerge the 2 concepts to reap the benefits of both . As in his article it’s based on badypart splits.
