for while… Other question is as bodybuilder do I have to use percentage passed trianing?? Thx!
If you look at my “what we can learn from the glute girls” article I go in depth about what you might wanna do to prioritize a muscle group.
And I don’t know any bodybuilders that use percentage based training.

So I just pick a split… And go with rpe 9 or 8.5 on main the accessories lifts and that’s it?
