True Say.
In the future I will refrain from enticing such a thoroughly moronic ego-competition. For all of the positive attributes of these forums and members, there is an equal amount of stupidity that happens with almost every thread. Within five paces from the start it leaves the realm of scientific, rational debate, and becomes a shitstorm of Alpha Male poo-flingery. Ug Ug Ug!!
I think many of us have misinterpreted the whole ‘being an Alpha Male’ thing, and taken it a bit too far!
I have learnt my lesson, and am sorry for having caused so much anger and wasted so much time!

“Shut up!” “No you shut up!” LMFAO! We sound like a couple pre-schoolers. I no doubt started mouthing first so I’m the idiot.
Every single person on this planet is different in some way. Some are strong some are weak. Some are strong in the gym and weak out, some the opposite, some both, some neither. What it all boils down to is BB’s, strongmen, powerlifters, OL lifters, and recreational enthusiasts all share a common love for the iron. So in a sense we’re all brother of the iron game. So we shouldn’t fight.
Whether you are after non-functional sarcoplasmic hypertrophy or functional LB4LB strength, or a curl jockey who wants to look good on the beach…do what you enjoy, do it as well as you can and appreciate being able to workout at all…we’re not all so lucky! Peace.

Your point is that you are a predjudice, ignorant, little child. You lack the basic thinking skills of a two year old. BB’ers are fake? That statement shows how truely stupid you are. Get a hobby already. you obviously don’t belong here little boy.
dont professional bbers have loads of non-functional mass? cuz they dont need to train very heavy (unlike powerlifters) so say we have two person: one powerlifter and one bber, isn’t the bber’s muscles a lot more useless(strength wise) compared to a powerlifters? in other words, its a lot less functional (relative speaking) for certain things such as the lifting of heavy weights?

Good fucking god…so by your estimation a powerlifter who can deadlift 600 pounds is stronger than a bodybuilder who can deadlift 600 pounds because the bodybuilders training is usually more geared towards hypertrophy? Fucking strong is strong no matter how big someones muscles are…

isnt everythin all relative.like. like a bber can deadlift 550 lbs @ 260 lbs while a recreational powerlifter can do that at 170 lbs. so isnt like the powerlifter have a lot more functional muscles? cuz if the bodybuilder is as functional as the powerlifter wont he be able to lift more.

You–are brilliant.
And by the way–seeing as this thread surely has jumped–nice job over the last year or so. I saw your pictures on some other thread breezing thru.
But your cheer was totally lame

Please move on. You obviously have no background therefore no reason to offer any type of an opinion here.
And your grammar and internet talk just lends credence to that fact.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.
Now, sign off. Your mother needs the computer.
who was that guy, he’s huge! I wonder why he doesn’t compete.
anyone think he’s natural?

Isn’t Ronnie considerably over 250lbs? And on loads of juice? I can rep out with 150’s. And I’ll do full reps. Ronnie was cutting a few inches at the bottom and didn’t do the top 1/3. BTW, I weigh 188. And I’m not a powerlifter or a bodybuilder.
Oh yeah I don’t use juice either. Just one Spike tab and Grow!/Metabolic Drive. I lift to get stronger and eat to build muscle and lose fat.

Oh, you are just so awesome. You are “repping” with 150’s? Full reps? You sound like a newbie. I doubt many people would discredit his lifts and the goal in bodybuilding is not to simply do “full reps” but to do reps that promote the most growth.
Training your chest through the part of the movement where your chest is stressed MORE is not a cop out, especially when it leads to having a chest the size of his. We are all proud of you and your 150lbs dumbbells. You have surpassed us all and should clearly be praised and worshipped.
Could we see what a true innate “master” looks like?

This is like the second time I’ve had to do this so I wish you newbie fools would clam it up.
I agree with the prof. It is no cop out to not go all the way to the top. At a certain point the main emphasis is moved off of the chest.
Anyone ‘repping out’ with 150’s should know this. Anyone who can’t look at Ronnie and see he knows what he’s doing, or at least he has found what works for him is just plain foolish.
Therefore–I call your bluff

That guy’s about 21 years old. Small calves he’s got too. Obviously non-functional sarcoplasmic hypertrophy from many high rep sets of seated one legged calf raises!!
