I’m sure it’s an age old tatic. In my opinion, whoever dies last and still relatively healthy ( if you get my drift… ) WINS.

No. If you go through life letting people “rag on you”, no matter how long and healthy your life, you have not lived it properly. [/quote]

No, if you let it get to you, then you have not lived properly. No matter who you are, people are going to rag on you. That’s why the Good Lord gave me two middle fingers.

Just go on and brush your shoulders off. Haters will hate, let them hate, just worry about yourself.

The crux. The chip on your shoulder is crushing people.

Mellow, mellow, mellow out.

Wow. I had no idea that so many of you have trouble with other people and what you do. Maybe because I have been lifting for so long, but I rarely have anyone look at me different.

If anything, they want to know more about how and why I eat like I do, and how it pertains to lifting. I’ve even gotten a couple guys here at work to change their eating habits just by example. I never push my lifelstyle on anyone, but once people see that consistant eating and training really pays off, they get curious and want to incorporate that in their life.

Of course through the years I’ve gotten the silly comments and remarks from people, but usually they’ve been lighthearted jokes. In fact I am known for my build and people say they couldn’t see me any other way. (I guess they forget what I used to look like ten years ago)But what you should do if you’re questioned as to why you do what you do, give a simple, concise answer about your goals and that what you do gets you the results you are looking for.

You don’t have to explain why you have the goals, but just give them a bit of knowledge as to why you eat and train.

i dont get looks for my size cause im still really small, but i get stared at all the time cause i have a fucking huge mullet haha!!
