Usually just based off of symptoms. Do a google for Charles Poliquin and Betaine HCL. I think there was a question of strength article on here that talked about it as well. I dont think you need to go with any crazy dosages though.

Low fat milk is great for bulking. When eating do not drink anything, but finish the meal with one liter of milk. Try to get four liter of milk every day when putting on lean mass. Chocolate milk is a good idea post workout IMO.

I’ve been finding that when I come home on break that my problem fixes itself and it kinda recharges my digestion for a while.
So I think as long as I’m dealing with cafeteria food I may try out Betaine HCl or something cheap like that.
