Ok so today I was going to skip the gym because I’m doing a physical ability test for the fire department this afternoon… but I couldnt help myself. I got the itch and needed some gym time.

its crazy how things have gone since the academy. I’ve only been getting after it for maybe 2 weeks now but I feel like I’m seeing changes almost eeerrrrry day. Its definitely motivating.

Good shoulder workout today. Skipped legs (again) because my right knee has been bothering me. Stretched/foam rolling my whole body every day and doing the stairmaster but no direct leg work right now. Want this little soreness to go away.

Went up on everything in shoulders from last week except the DB Press. Hit the 80’s for both sets but only got 7 and 5… not great but did more on BB Press before hand so I was ok with that.

off to the Physical Ability Test now.

Been lifting strong lately but havent been able to log. Lots of things going on but I’ve either gone up in reps or weight (or both) on everything.

Liking this new split and I’m expecting big things.

Why are your arms so thick and juicy? Not fair mister man.

^^Flattery will get you everywhere lol. Arm thickness (pretty much all tricep thickness) is due to a lot of dips IMO. My Tri’s are decently strong… Bi’s are weak sauce though.
