well Halloween weekend was a blast but definitely need to get back on track now. I drank my balls off this weekend (LOL) The pic above is from today. My upper body is pretty lean (new veins in my chest/shoulders/arms) but my low belly needs to drop some fat. Gonna be good with the diet and keep IFing for the rest of the week and see whats up.

Didnt have my workout partner and hit the gym at 9:30 PM cause I was passing out candy to trick or treaters and listening to the “Halloween Party” playlist on Pandora while working on wedding stuff.
No partner = not pushing myself that hard… plus I was feeling drained and weak from the long weekend of late nights and booze

Ok so not a great day today. Was REALLY BUSY today getting my application all finished up and turned in for the upcoming Fire Academy. Pretty much ran around all day getting things done with that and had come to the realization that I wasnt going to get to workout today.
Then last minute my fiance said she wanted to hit the gym and so we went. Today was legs day so we were going to do legs together. Did a 15 minute incline walking warm up, stretched and all that then went over to the leg press cause the squat rack was being used.
After my 4th set of leg press I got up and felt a weird tweak in my low back. I dont know what I did to it but it was really hurting (same kinda pain I felt during my PL meet)
I tried to hit up a few sets of lying leg curl but I felt like my back was seizing up so I called it quits and just trained her the rest of the time. Pretty sucky and discouraging.
Hopefully its feeling better tomorrow cause I’m getting sick of these stupid little injuries coming out of now where and Effing my Stuff up lol

And that was all today. Was busy running around and didnt get a chance to eat much. Not sure what all that breaks down too but thats what I ate for the last two days. Pretty standard eating. Usually dinner wont be Nacho’s and Thai Food but things are just busy lately. Usually dinner is home cooked veggies and meats. I also may or may not have had a few mini snickers bars and/or Reese’s peanut butter cups to make sure they were ok for the trick or treaters ![]()
