Keep us posted on how IF treats you, I have tried a couple of times to eat IF style whilst bulking but it just feels impossible trying to fit 3,700-4,000 kcals in an 8 hour feeding period without getting horrendously dirty in your eating choices. Can’t wait to try it out when I decide to cut and get rid of my “strength” flab before summer though!
