lastly… a “MM” pose. Shoulders are looking better. Really glad that I can do more shoulder movements pain free. I think my shoulder strength and size will really start progressing well now and I’m excited about that.

Conditioning:
100 jumps w/ speed rope every minute and whatever time was left was my rest period. Once I couldn’t get 100 in a minute I was going to stop but I did 20 rounds of 100 jumps (20 minutes worth) and then stopped cause I felt like it woulda just kept going forever lol.
I think that was it? Hit abs after that for a few sets and then rolled out. Felt pretty weak today and struggled big time with that 235. Whatevs… Probably cause I drank Saturday night at my buddies wedding and then had a reunion with some buddies I was in the military with. We drank a bunch of beers (forgot how much those dudes/we used to throw em down lol) watched football and talked/laughed about old deployment stories. Good time but two days in a row of drinking pretty heavily didn’t help me out in the gym today.
I’ve been pretty bad about checking logs and logging myself lately… Ive just been super busy lately. Life is going a million miles an hour right now.
