The best thing Ive ever done for legs was 1 set of squats with 135 for 10 minutes, you want to die and can take breaks but do not put the bar down

Matty- Yeah… I knew it was a terrible idea once I got to 35 lol. I was planning on doing 20 but cruised on through the first 25 unbroken. Thats when the struggle began.

I’ll be doing single leg hammie curls in PT next week. I’m doing double leg now, and I find these ridiculously hard! I think its because I’m using some random, tiny hamstring muscle that has otherwise never been used. Lets see if I can hit 60 on those :wink:

Allow me…

To the left of the delicious boneless wings, Greg has an order of the best breadsticks in the world. They’re seriously awesome, especially when you dip them in the remaining wing sauce. On the plate of wings, I think they call those “vegetables” or something, I never ate 'em.

I’m speaking from experience here. When I saw stationed in SD, I ate the HELL out of some Wings N Things. Probably contributed to my overall fattyness.

Blaze- thanks man. It was a pretty good one yesterday. Felt like I got a solid session in.

Phlegms- it really was a gut check set. The first 25 werent bad, then took a few breaths, the next 10 were rough and then it was grinders from then on out.

Scj- I actually messed up when writing that. My last set of hacks was max reps with 225 (not 8) and then max with 135… I got 20 for both. It was killer.

Fro- I did feel like I had been leg raped.

Inky- you know it brother!!! So delicious!

Masch- that, my friend, is Wings N Things. It’s an 8 strip meal of the most delicious chicken strips around. The thing on the side is a basket of fresh bread sticks (which are so good) I’m a big fan of single leg hammie curls. When I double leg I feel like my right leg takes over for my left so doing them one at a time forces me to use the left one.

Bug- im glad that you clarified what type of chips… “potato chips” lol <3
