Scj- I dont think I’ve ever done them with a barbell before? Sounds rough. I was leaning forward on each rep so that i wasnt really pushing off with my bottom leg (or I was trying not to) and it was feeling good. Pretty tiring exercise. I was feeling the “burn” fa show
Matty- Single leg work is a biotch! My hammies are still sore today. Not so much my quads but my hams for sure. I think it was the real slow deficit stiff leg DL’s. My hamstrings were screamin from those. Feels so bad but also so good at the same time.
Blaze- Sup mi amigo? The foot is feeling much better today. not 100% but better than before. appreciate the concern.
Oregand- It was a pretty good leg day. Gotta start working those front squats again cause I was struggling with them. My foot is on the come up lately so thats good.
Didnt get a chance to log yesterdays workout but it was a good one. It was shoulders and traps day again and I feel like I absolutely smashed both bodyparts. Traps are feeling sore already this morning so I bet they’re going to be really bad tomorrow lol.

Lean Away Cable Behind the Back Raise:

Two shrug variations in the Smith machine:
4 sets of 8-12 for each exercise
DB Shrugs: stretch at the bottom/pause at the top
110’s x 10, 10, 10 drop 80’s x 14 ouch
DB Lateral Raise all the way to overhead: Saw these in a CT video i think? and bug did them? I think?

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand done. Shoulders and traps were crushed. Felt awesome. I really liked that lat raise variation as a finisher. lots of homework today and then hitting the gym later for biceps. snapped a series of pics at the end of my workout. Here they are.
