Meet day tomorrow. Gonna be leaving my house at 6 in the morning, picking up my buddy who’s going with me and then heading up. Weigh Ins are at 8 and the meet starts at 10.
Packing up my bag of equipment right now and I grabbed some beef jerky, gatorades, redbull, little pack of dough nuts and gonna have my buddy pick me up a sandwhich tomorrow during the meet.
The only thing that I dont have right now is high socks. I’m going to head over to Sports Authority right now to grab some cause I guess I need them for the DL.
Pretty excited about everything and hoping that it all goes well tomorrow. Took an couple epsom salt baths today and i’ve been foam rolling here and there to make sure i’m loose and feeling good. Loaded up on some carbs today to help power me though tomorrow lol.

Squats in the books. Easy 385 opener, light 405 second attempt and then crushed 445 for my third attempt and a new PR. Everyone said I underestimated myself and was probably good for 475. Oh well… I’m excited about the PR.
