Blaze- I’ve been hitting the DB rows up but Im pretty strict with my form… maybe I should loosen it up a bit and start moving some more weight?

Steve- I have the incline set at 40 degrees or so? I put it at the same angle as the preset incline BB seat. Yeah I know I should finish the OHP with the bar over the top of my head but that hurt my shoulder and I was really weak at it lol. It feels so smooth to press up and out a tiny bit. Its probably recruiting a bit more upper chest but when I kinda depress my shoulders (think reverse shrug) I feel it in my delts a lot.

MiM- Thanks! I like the shoes a lot. They were really comfy to lift in yesterday and I did cardio in them today which felt great. we’ll see how DLs to tonight.

Ink- I hate you. lolol You shoulda taken the shaker pic! Why not? I’m gonna make sure and undershoot my first squat attempt and then base my next attempts on how easy that felt. Oregand- hahaha no its not a chocolate milk. I have a funny story about chocolate milk… so a few of my buddies went to Athletes Performance Institute for a two week training thing. At API they were having their athletes (lots of guys getting ready for the NFL combine) drink chocolate milk as their PWO meal/drink. they were all doing it and so when they got back I went and trained with my friend. We had a savage workout and afterwards hit up the store for some chocolate milk. I dont know what I was thinking cause I hate milk and never drink it but I bought the medium sized bottle (probably 1 liter) and drank the whole thing after my workout cause I was so thirsty… I felt so sick! It was horrible… Needless to say I threw it up later lol

Ok so well I woke up today feeling a bit better but still shitty. I wanted to try to sweat out some of this sickness (pretty sure thats bro science) so I hit the stairmaster for 40 minutes this morning on “Fat Burning” mode. This has become my SS cardio jam lately. Heading to class now and then gonna hit up DL’s tonight. Hopefully I start to feel progressively better as the day goes on. Thanks for all the LULZ guys… I woke up feeling shitty but definitely was laughing as I read through these posts. <3 you guys (and gals)

I tried to eat my normal MDD breakfast of 6 eggs cooked in VCO ontop of 3 pieces of Ezik bread and had to literally choke it down and concentrate on keeping myself from throwing up. horrible.

On the plus side, the deadlifts really didn’t look too tough. I wouldn’t dwell on getting that number of reps, you had 1 or 2 more in you.
