Greg, for sprints/HIIT work:
I’ve been using the stationary bike. I used to do 20 sec sprint followed by 1:00 easy pace, repeat. But I’ve been getting wayyyyy more gassed doing 30 sec sprint followed by 2:30 easy pace. Seriously. 10 sec more sprinting and I feel like I’m about to die. Plus, it’s a GREAT extra quad workout. Try it out my man.

Ok so I think I’m coming down with a cold. Ughhhh! I woke up yesterday with a sore throat and a runny/stuffy nose. I took some stuff yesterday but felt the same today. I’m gonna load up on vitamin c and hopefully I’ll kick this cold before it actually sets in. fingers crossed.
hit the gym this morning for some FMC. 40 mins on the stairmaster (yeaaaaaah buddy!) and then hitting the gym later for some lifting. Its crunch time.
Better to get the cold in and out now, than in a couple weeks. Don’t sweat it, your stache will kick it out in no time
