Spidey- glad to have ya checking in on me man. Thanks for the kind words and well wishes, I hope I can come through for all of you with your high hopes lol. As far as the dunking goes… I haven’t jumped in forever. I’ve been focusing on getting stronger and am pretty close to being as strong (overall) as I ever have. I fell like my hops are probably right about where they used to be. Maybe after the meet I’ll get some jumps in but for now I’m gonna stick eith the strength gain portion and not risk tweaking something while jumping like I did last time.

Rock- those guys are absolutely redic!!! I showed the video to my fiancé and she said “wow… They are so gay!” it was awesome. But on another note I think 3 of those guys workout at my gym lol

Ok so for some reason my upper back/traps are incredibly sore!! I don’t really know what it would be from but they are wrecked right now… Feels nice. On the plus side I got a pretty legit massage from my boo to work it out :slight_smile:

Ok so the gym today was going good until I got to my dips. Loaded up 4 plates and had the dip belt clip break on me and drop both plates on my ankle!!! Luckily for you guys I got it on video. It hurt so damn bad. Not really right at first cause I didnt really know what happened but 15 seconds later it was killin me. I filled out an incident report at the gym but here is the raw footage…
