Bobbi's Got a Brand New Bag

Cliffs:

NO body fat measuring method is exact, so just pick one and stick with it.

The only thing that matters on stage and in person is looks and that should be the highest priority when considering body fat.

I’ve been using this website a long time and it works pretty well for me. Body Fat Calculator

You’re around the same weight as me, you’re not fat :stuck_out_tongue:

lol Thanks. I was crying in the corner over what a dough ball I have become.

Speed lower work from Saturday. Bumped up the weights a bit. Was about to kill this guy that was trying to give me deadlift advice. I DON’T KNOW YOU GO AWAAAAAY! http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2011/01/san-diego-powerlifting-de-lower-week-10.html

That is by far the most sensible thing I’ve ever read on the subject of measuring body fat percentage. The cliff notes version made me laugh!

For those of you who are not my facebook friends. Enjoy the hilarity.

DE Upper today http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2011/01/san-diego-powerlifting-de-bench-week-11.html

haha thanks broseph. I want to squat like you when I grow up.

Confidence, correct form, and good training partners = Big PR!

Good job, unless you’ve been sandbagging it…lol

Bobbi, your fast and furious improvement is inspiring. What’s the secret to your success? (a) A caloric excess? (b) Better training partners/environment? (c) A clear focus on strength? (d) None of the above? (e) All of the above? (f) Answer not given.

nice!!!

(e) With a big credit to my training partners. They always push me to do more than I think I can. When I say tens they say quarters, when I say quarters they say plates. When everyone is setting PRs all the time you kind of get stronger via osmosis. haha
