Alright–squat and DL PRS to end the year! You are on fire. Keep that blaze going into the new year. Love the ambitiousness of your goals. All strength related? What happened to your BB or figure comp?
I don’t think she’s into bbing. She has pretty small legs and used to play bball professionally. I love it though, I’ll go back to those videos to remind myself that it can be done.
NC - I need serious leg size to do a comp so we’ll see how they come along. Strength is #1 priority. Year of the leg. I’m taking measurements and photos this week.

The mirror makes it annoying. I think I’ll start pulling the other way. I tend to look strait ahead. I know I should be looking a little up but there’s no where to look with that stupid mirror. PS. I told one of my lifting partners I’d do a pull only comp with him in March if I could get 260 raw. Do you think 2x bodyweight pull is worth showing up or will I get killed?

You should do the meet, first meet will be a Meet PR for you anyway you look at it. I know you’re competitive but get your feet wet now and learn how a meet is run. You’ll probably get so fired up that you’ll pull over that 260# mark anyway… :o
