Good work, got caught up on your log. Great work on the pullups, my pullups are all overhand. I should do it underhand (chinup style) and see what I can pull that way. Glad to see you getting them burpees too.

In regards to Ross, I love ross, I love his style, his mentality he has a cool style that I relate too. I have all his books - I started out on his stuff so it is right up my alley. I am very curious to see how I do now that I am stronger, how I respond.

n8tive - try the underhand and let me know. A plate will be a hair over 1/3 bodyweight and I plan on doing it next week. I’ll have it overhand by the end of January :wink:

Eh, thanks but I really wanted 4 plates so it was a shitty day in my mind. I don’t know why in the hell the whole middle 1/3 of the bar was smooth. Like, chrome, I-could-fix-my-hair-in-it smooth.
