Never pulled more than 185 x 1. Just got 180.5 x 2, so perhaps I’ll be able to knock off 190 next.

the most I’ve hit was 280 with truly bad form and haven’t been able to repeat. I can lift 245 with relatively good form.
At only 35lbs away, you’re going to kick my butt! but that’s ok, it’s for a good cause.
Squats and DL prs! And I was super impressed by that 185x15 DL (touch and go) after your 225 pull. YOu killed that.

Thanks for noticing that! I just said, ok I’m going to rep this out and expected to get 8 or 10 but somehow powered through to 15. I wish we had taken a video as I was far happier with that than the 225.
