I once chased down a chipmunk, ripped out it’s heart and showed it to him before he died.

That’s some hardcore shit right there.

I invented the zone blitz. ( I don’t get credit for it, but I did.) I used it to stop Jerry Rice’s slant patterns in some old version of Madden or something. Its been years. I’m now working on making a proplusion system that consists of only 2 magnets. I’m sure I’ll get hosed there too. I think the aliens are already doing something like this.

Yeah, they use it for their anal-probing system… trust me. If you clinch hard it doesnt work.
I make myself laugh on almost every post i make. Thats gotta count for something.

John F Kennedy used to call me for dating advise before he got tied down.

I once hit a dog while being chased by a bunch of goons. Luckily I had installed a Flugle de-dog switch with 210/220whateverittakes coils. I hit that de-dog switch and the pooch rocketed right into the windshield of the goon’s Lincoln. I hit the gas on my Trans-am and it was so long suckers.

(Of course boasting about your custom de-dog switch on the internet is like boasting about how fast you can count backwards from a thousand on the internet)

One of my employees just walked in to my office to see why I was laughing out loud. Thanks for the laugh.

I couldn’t tell him I’m wasting time on the net of course…which leads me to my opportunity to boast…I work for myself, so I can waste as much time on the net as I want.

And I just build a new house on 5 acres…I’m having an out door firing range (basically just a ramped down dirt depression) installed… 30.06, M1 semi automatic and 20 ga shot gun.

I’m looking for a hand gun for both personal protection and for field use. Never owned one, any suggestions?[/quote]

i have 4, glock 19 and 23, a1911, and a ruger sp 101 357. they all work. I like the glock 23 the best btw overall. But the 1911 is my old gal.

I got two deer this year, a ten point buck with a shot in the spine from 145 yards and a doe shot in the neck while running at 190 yards. These were both very quick shots with not alot of time to get set and ready.

Lifting is easy, hitting a deer in the neck at close to 200 while running and shooting offhand is hard.

Good shooting. I took two deer also. One buck and one doe. Nothing to dramatic. I don’t shoot at running deer, just let them pass.

My son got his first deer and gutted it himself and dragged it out. That’s something I enjoyed boasting about!

after a bazillion years I learned how to shoot stuff quick. Don’t use your scope to track, just to shoot. You see, your eye should be dead on where you want to shoot, since you’re looking at stuff.

You throw your scope up to your eye, guess what, you’re on. this is how I hit a white tail running at 190 in the neck. i didn’t try to track it with the scope. I tracked it with my eye. Then I shot it.
If you see it, you can hit it.

Good eye, mate. I had no clue they could run that fast.

I ate curry for breakfast.

This one time I ran over a squirrel, and it didn’t die right then. But it was limping around and all, I’m pretty sure it died soon after that.

Hhahahaha!, I meant it was running and at 190 yards. I typed that after three rounds of Johnny Walker black and three pints of Guiness.

That’s way, WAY worse than killing Bambi.
Way worse.

Beat me buddy, hahaha! I do stand behind my quick shooting though. I spent hours on dry firing at targets slow steady shots and throwing up the gun and firing as soon as I saw the sight picture. I must have fired 4000-500 fake rounds this past year. I was rock steady and very quick.

And I can’t afford thousands and thousands of dollars on ammo with the prices these days.

My second year eligable to shoot deer. I went out and at civil twilight i saw a buck, waited alittle while and shot him in the lungs, 160 yards. 10 minutes later shot a doe from 150 yard in the heart and it dropped. was using a 30-06. It was a great experience. had to drag the dear 100 yards up a hill and out of the woods. What a workout.

That’s why we use a quad now, hahaha! I could drag it, but boy is it easier when you don’t have to. Great shooting btw.

Haha, I’ll tell you what bro, draging a deer on an incline over through rugged terrain is the cardio you could preform. I didn’t read the whole thread, but hunting provides me with quality protein for such an inexpensive price. I have enough meet for a couple of months. My dad went up hunting a week after I, and bagged two does. We’re loaded.

I had a nice amount of meat for sure. We split it between all the guys, with me getting more because I got the biggest. I hunt on my uncle’s land and there is a group of us, so we consider it fair.

But I got the tenderloins and some tasty leg meat for sure!

BTW, in Pa we can use crossbows for archery if you have some disability. My torn labrum qualifies, hahaha! Actually, anyone qualifies if a doc says so. Funny thing about crossbows, I find it a lot harder to hold steady as opposed to a rifle. It’s funny, I could hit a quarter at 25 yards with this, but then I go off and get all unsteady or jerk the trigger, hahaha! I do have until october to get ready though.

I hope to get a buck in archery so I can concentrate on helping my daughter and son. I have 13 year old twins. He hunted 2 years now and she decided she wants to try it. It just takes more concentration for me with them. Keeping them safe and instructing and such.

Filling out my tags in archery would be nice.

I realised I’ve been overspending on supplements. Actually, that’s not boasting material.

I boned two chicks last Friday.
