Bloods Before First Cycle, Given by a Coach. Not Sure About the Cycle

 Mistake I made on my first real blast.

Why would you ask us, dumbfucks, about something THE BEST COACH IN THE COUNTRY said? If he is the best, then do what he says. The fuck do we know agains THE BEST? No one here is best at anything and you have a cycle made for you by THE BEST

I asked because I took more info from this forum than from this coach, after all he’s getting money out of it but guys here help each other as a community.
Have a nice day:)

If you dont trust him, at least, dont write in your original message that he is THE BEST. You just look silly now

I’m eating a lot as the diet plan he sent me is more than I’ve ever eaten, prepping my food a day before so I won’t have a chance to miss a meal, hope will keep going like this. I am telling myself all day if I don’t eat as clean as possible on a cycle then I never will (was fat before starting bodybuilding and had lots of problems controlling my food).

Update: Contacted the coach today again and he said go for 1 more week pinning 200EQ+250TEST E on Friday and keep your cardio daily and said changes will happen soon on the amount of doses.
Already feeling greater than I’ve ever felt, had depression like never right before the first pin and was almost gonna quit my job + studies, now feeling like I’m energized all day long it feels like a dream I can’t even explain it, didn’t think I’d feel anything before the 3rd-4th week.

Your body will adapt. Hang in there. Food is critical to results.

Today my coach increased my Test E dose after the check up so it’s 250 twice a week and EQ is still 250 a week, didn’t talk to me about AIs until now, what do you think about the increase?

I think that is reasonable. It is conservative, which is good. What did he say about AIs? My guess is you don’t need them with this cycle, but it is a possibility.

He still didn’t say anything about them, I was waiting if I get any sides or when he will talk about them. Until now no bloating and no sides but it’s still only the 3rd week, when do you think sides of high e2 would start showing?

Ah, I was thinking he had talked to you about using an AI based on this.

Which I now assume you mean he hasn’t talked to you yet.

I am in the camp waiting to see if you need an AI before using one. The way your coach is having you do this is fairly logical to me. It takes longer and costs more money (because of doing more blood work), but it is a good way to do things (slowly changing things one at a time).

I am really happy to hear that, man you’ve been a great help, you make me become calmer knowing how the coach is thinking, I don’t mind doing as many tests as needed and spending money, after all my health is worth more, will keep you updated with any changes.
Thank you so much!

No problem man. If paying a coach, it is great that they know what they are doing, but it is also okay to ask why they are doing things a certain way. Does how they explain it make sense to you? If not, ask more questions. One of the reasons to hire a coach is to gain their knowledge (not just to do what you are told).

To me it sounds like your coach probably knows his stuff. He should be able to answer any questions like ā€œwhy didn’t you start me on an AI?ā€.

Since you’re taking EQ with a low-ish dose of test, you may not get many (or any) high e2 sides
